APF CPS Training Program was one of the best learning experiences I had. It is a very well-designed course with practical orientation and very good reading materials. The APF program requires participants to not only take an exam, but to also demonstrate practical understanding of the Agile PeopleOps Framework by requiring participants to develop a PeopleOps Transformation Roadmap and present it to the instructor. The course was well designed. Good session delivery with good flow of concepts. The modules mentioned were covered on time. Good amount of time was set aside for interactive discussions between participants. Relevant examples and scenarios from the host and fellow participants helped me to understand the course concepts better.
I got interested in the APF CTSM certification after taking an online course on Agile HR from Culturelligence (Agile PeopleOps Elite Training Partner) on Udemy. I strongly feel that the concepts are practical and applicable. The concepts were explained clearly and in a simple, understandable manner with very good presentations and activities.
Really liked the APF CTSM introduction. The examples helped in reinforcing the concepts explained. The second session helped us clarify and apply the agile concepts in talent acquisition and other people functions as well. Also, the diversity in participants helped in greater understanding of the interplay across culture, concepts, and application.
Good concept of applying Agile mindset in HR area. Starting from requirement to getting resources onboarded and then as well up to the performance.
