APF CPS Training Program was one of the best learning experiences I had. It is a very well-designed course with practical orientation and very good reading materials. The APF program requires participants to not only take an exam, but to also demonstrate practical understanding of the Agile PeopleOps Framework by requiring participants to develop a PeopleOps Transformation Roadmap and present it to the instructor. I got interested in the APF CTSM certification after taking an online course on Agile HR from Culturelligence (Agile PeopleOps Elite Training Partner) on Udemy. I strongly feel that the concepts are practical and applicable. The concepts were explained clearly and in a simple, understandable manner with very good presentations and activities.
Really liked the APF CTSM introduction. The examples helped in reinforcing the concepts explained. The second session helped us clarify and apply the agile concepts in talent acquisition and other people functions as well. Also, the diversity in participants helped in greater understanding of the interplay across culture, concepts, and application.
